We take Credit Card details as a guarantee of your booking and these details will not be processed until your date of stay at which time we will manually process your card.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 21 days prior to arrival - without penalty.
7-21 days - 50% of accommodation cost.
Less than 7 days - 100% of accommodation cost.

Our check in time

is 3 - 5pm.
For check in outside these times please phone us in advance (telephone 07-866 5786).

Our check out time

is by 10.30am. Occasionally we are able to vary this but only if reservations permit.
